Sue is such a pleasure to deal with and Chloe made the financing aspect so easy and pain free. Foster Chevy is a great place to buy/lease a car, especially with such great employees.

We have been going to Foster for years and would not go anywhere else for our vehicles and services to our cars! The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to help with any questions or needs we have ! They are great !!

I had explained the issues I have had for months with my Chevy Trax , hoping this dealership would actually look into the problem. However, they were just as helpful as the Norwalk dealership. My problem is still ongoing with my vehicle!

A two hour brake job (front only) took upwards of 4 hours. The dealership called me to bring the truck in early. They did pick up at 10:00 am but were not done until 3:30 pm. (They started at 11:00) And, it is about 50% higher in cost versus and independent repair shop. Ridiculous.

In the past 2 weeks I have had emergency situations with my vehicle. One was related to the engine while driving to work. Idiot light said I should not accelerate. I called the dealership and Paul was very caring and said to bring it in in the morning. 3 hours later the parts I needed were in stock and they fixed it and I was thankful and off to work. 2 weeks later in rush hour traffic on route 2 an aluminum ladder was in the middle of the road. There was no way to Miss it. My right front tire was ripped to shreds and could not be repaired. I have been told never to purchase just one tire. Purchase 2 . I was going to purchase new tires in the fall anyhow. They had the tires I needed IN STOCK and got the job done. Thanks to them I did not miss any work. Alesha and her team including Mark, Lamar and the guy who looks like a fireman are an awesome team who care about their customers. I always do my oil changes and maintenance there and I would never go anywhere else. I have a 22 equinox!
